All furniture arrives carefully packaged with necessary assembly instructions. We recommend assembling and placing your new piece within 15 days of receipt to ensure everything is perfect. For care, use a soft, dry cloth for dusting and avoid harsh chemical cleaners to preserve the wood’s natural finish.

We are proud to ship worldwide from our workshop in San Diego. However, please note that delivery to some parts of Asia and remote regions may be subject to restrictions or extended timelines. Our checkout system will automatically verify availability for your specific address.

Delivery & Shipping
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two clear, transparent shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch. This is an economical option that allows us to pass savings on to you.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey right to your doorstep.
What should I do when my furniture arrives?
Please inspect your packages upon delivery. We recommend unpacking and assembling your furniture within 15 days to ensure all parts are present and in perfect condition. If you notice any damage from transit, please contact us immediately.
