  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships.
• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in your country, which are not included in the product or shipping price.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
• Eligibility: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, parts, and documentation.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom/Made-to-Order items (e.g., Lounge Chairs with special fabric), Clearance/Final Sale items, and items damaged by customer misuse.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
